Integrating IT + HR + MDT
Disney faced a fragmented experience across IT and HR systems - navigating multiple platforms for notifications, confirmations, information, and support requests, each with inconsistent interfaces. My approach consolidated these touchpoints into a single, unified hub where employees can easily view their devices, request support, and manage notifications—all in one place.
Implementing Design Variables
MyDisney Dark Mode
In addition to building a comprehensive design system, I developed an enterprise-wide color palette with full dark mode support. To gain leadership buy-in, I presented the history, research, and user benefits behind dark mode, along with a clear implementation strategy for integrating it into MyDisneyToday. Collaborating closely with our lead developer, we introduced design variables and prepared the platform for this long-anticipated and highly requested feature.
